[WriteLog] I can not get the 'bandmapup' feature to work

There are commands 
"EntryGotoNextStnDownBandmap" and "EntryGotoNextStnUpBandmap"
but from looking in "Tools", "Keyboard Shortcuts" they don't seem to be 
mapped to any keys by default.
