[WriteLog] Name Pop-Up Window

Steve,

I'd use this in an SSB test, or in a situation where I wanted to
periodically send someone's name manually. For instance, I used to live out
in the SCV area of CA, and when I work some of the old friends in SS I
recognize their calls, but can't always remember their names. It's nice to
say "Thanks Tom" to NW6P when he digs out his microphone for NCCC in SS,
instead of just a standard thanks.
