[WriteLog] FSK problem with WriteLog MMTTY Plug-In and RIGblaster pro

I can't get FSK working with my TS-2000 using the MMTTY plug-in for  
WriteLog and the RIGblaster pro.

MMTTY works perfectly as "stand alone" program.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?  I've seen Don AA5AU refer  
to the need to have both FSK and PTT  on same com port with WL, but  
don't know how this can be accomplished using the RIGblaster pro.  For  
the "stand alone" version of MMTTY, I have the RIGblaster set-up for  
PTT on one port, and FSK on the second.  I am using the West Mountain  
Radio FSK cable.  When I switch to WriteLog, I can see the FSK light  
on the RIGblaster flashing, but the rig does not key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I really would like to operate  
the contest this weekend using WriteLog.
