[WriteLog] WRITELOG -- FOC MARATHON

I posted this issue, but had no response. It had to do with the fact that it did not recognize 3 pt dx contacts. It put the proper country in log, but in the scoring box, they were chaulked up as 1 pt qso and not DX.
