[WriteLog] Open Ukraine RTTY Championship module

Has anyone gotten the Open Ukraine RTTY Championship module for WriteLog working?

There is one located at:

www.qrz.ru/contest/attachment.phtml?soft=64

I tried to install it last year and it appeared to install correctly, but it gives an application error when attempting to select it
within WriteLog's list of contests.
