[WriteLog] KP4 is not recognized as a mult

Shelby,

We are too close to usually hear each other in a contest.

I followed N4DXS's suggestion about using the "Pref" column and got it
logged right for the CABRILLO file.

After I had the problem, I got into the NAMMULT file for the RTTY RU
contest, and discovered that (for whatever reason) KP4ED appeared in US
States callsign list.  I removed it, but the damage had been done when it
was logged intially.

However, no harm.  I worked several more KP4's after that, and they all
logged correctly.
