[WriteLog] USB micro KEYER II DVK

Hi David:

I have a Micro Keyer II and Writelog supports it.

After installing the Micro Keyer II you need to tell Writelog to use the 
Micro Keyer II's soundboard (microHAM CODEC).  This is done by going to 
the Writelog sound board mixer control.
