[WriteLog] Update 10.65C Now ready for downloading..

Note - support is still preliminary.  I will have a configuration 
guide for the new USB support ready by the end of the week.  The 
one known issue (and it effects at least one other contest logger) 
is a "race" condition between PTT and transmit focus.  

If the user changes transmit focus while transmitting, MK2R/MK2R+ 
may actually react to the change in transmit focus may change 
BEFORE a transmission in progress has terminated.  This results in 
a momentary PTT closure and possibly a half dash in CW on the "new" 
radio.  The same thing MAY happen during digital operation or when 
when using VOX on SSB but those situations have not been fully 
tested  

For the short term, anyone using WriteLog 10.65C with USB control 
of MK2R/MK2R+ should avoid changing transmit focus during transmit. 
I fully expect both the application programmers and microHAM 
developers to find solutions in due course.
