[WriteLog] Icom 706 MKIIG

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question.

The answer was found in the Writelog Help Manual. I kept the Icom 706MKIIG
setting at 0x58H and changed the baud to 19200. I then added a line into the
Writelog.ini file as instructed in the Help Manual after [RIGS] line and
made sure the com port was set to 19200 buad (this can be done from the Set
up, Ports function too):

[RIGS]
Icom IC-706=0x58
Com2:=19200,n,8,2

After this it worked like a cham.
