[WriteLog] CQ WPX Cabrillo file

Using 10.67B, I experienced the identical issue with the Cabrillo 
file for CQ WPX CW.

I edited the Cabrillo file, as Gary did, and the robot accepted the 
log "with potential problems".

Feeling somewhat insecure about "potential problems," I e-mailed K1AR 
a copy of the robot response, and he said the log was fine as is, no 
further action required.

Hopefully, Writelog will fix this problem; I'm sure many folks in 
addition to Gary and I experienced this issue.
