In the instructions below, step 3, where do I find the "Start menu in WriteLog V10"?

The country files are maintained at the above URL. Instructions:

1.  Download WL_CTY.DAT from the above link
2. Make sure you place the file in WriteLog's \programs directory.
3. In the Start menu, under WriteLog V10, you will find an entry "Convert CTY to WriteLog". Run It.
4. Click OK. 
5. After a few seconds, the message "ALL DONE" appears in the dialog. Now click Cancel.
