Gentlemen

Here is where I will show my ignorance.
To install a new wl_cty.dat file, the web site says

GO TO START MENU UNDER WRITELOG V10
AND CLICK ON CONVERT CTY TO WRITELOG

Okay, where is the start menu?

I am using Version 10.54C
