It's called Andale Mono.  I can't find it on the web site where I originally
downloaded it, but I can email it to whomever needs it.  It's about 100K
unzipped.

seems to me that I had a font at one time several years ago that gave a 
slashed zero in the entry and log window... sure would make it easier to
