[WriteLog] Entry Window

I'm not sure about changing the default position to the "NUMB" field, but 
you can get there easier than with two hits of the TAB key.  Just hit the 
SPACE bar once and the cursor will jump to the next field that needs an 
entry.  In the WPX CW contest that is the NUMB field.
