[WriteLog] Setting the wl_cty.dat file location

We found in the CQ WW SSB that E7 and TO4X countries were not identified.  I
installed the current pre-contest wl_cty.dat file (Thank you AD1C!!!) but
apparently WL is configured to read an older file, though I am unable to
locate where it may be reading from. 

 

 

 

How do I tell WL where the .dat file is located to read?  My Help search did
not reveal any particularly helpful suggestions.
