[WriteLog] Band summary not showing completely

I used Writelog in SS this year.  What I noticed is that initially,
the summary window has no lines.  When you make your first QSO on 40
meters, that line score is added to the summary window.  When you make
your first QSO on 20 meters, *that* line score is added to the summary
window.  So each band appears "automagically".
