[WriteLog] QTCs bank.

Bonjour. As the WAEDC is all over and as it is my first one, I have some questions about QTCs.
It is better to send or receive QTCs? What increse my score?

I know I have a limited QTCs to be able to send to the other station like for ex. 9/10. I want to know how much QTCs (the total) I have in reserve to be send to the others stations? It is possible to know that in WriteLog?  Like some window where it is for ex. ''you have 104 QTCs ready to send''.

Les poubelles s'était une bonne idée, jusqu'à ce qu'elles débordent.
The garbage cans it was a goog idea, until those are full to overflowing.
