[WriteLog] cursor not returning to call field after alt-f3 packet spot

Hello everyone,

When I make a packet spot using Alt-F3 the cursor does not return to the
call field of the entry area afterwards.  I'm using 10.63H (I haven't
renewed my license in a while, so can't upgrade).  Thoughts?   This seems to
be a new behavior.
