[WriteLog] wl and mmtty

I think you must use pin3 of an rs232 not pin4=dtr for fsk keying. If you
 use a usb to serial converter fsk will not play (except a few converters).
 writelog has a feature which make software fsk keying but i don't know more
 for that.
