[WriteLog] WriteLog and IC-7700

After some trouble with connection the new IC-7700 via microKeyer to  
WriteLog I now succeeded.

It vas Jozef from microHAM who told me to change the CI-V setting in  
the rig IC-7700 to the same adress as my old IC-756PRO.
Then set the microKeyer and WriteLog to IC-756PRO settings. Then it  
all works excellent. Thanks to Jozef.
