[WriteLog] new MMTTY

MMTTY 1.66F works just fine with WriteLog and the MMTTY plug-in. 
Simply point Writelog to the MMTTY 1.66F after installing the 
plug-in or copy MMTTY.EXE 1.66F over the old version.
