[WriteLog] TQSL option missing in 10.68F

Duh! I found it in the Export menu. That's what I get for doing this early
on a Sunday morning. ;-(

Has anyone noticed that the TQSL option is missing from the menus in the
latest update 10.68F? It is nowhere to be found in both a Win XP and a Vista
install. Any ideas on how to get it back.
