[WriteLog] Problems uploading to LoTW

For the last two years I have been using WriteLog to export logs to 
ARRL's LoTW with no problems.  After the recent CQWW RTTY Contest I ran 
into problems and was unable to send a TQ8 file to the ARRL server.
I sent a file at first but apparently it was not a compressed file.  
When I attempted to send a compress file I ran into problems.  Nothing 
happens. I do not get the usual bar graph box to indicate the file is 
being processed. When I enter my password nothing happens.  I have 
carefully typed the password a number of times and even restarted the 
computer a time or two all to no avail.

Is there a way to reset the password here?

Any hints as to how I might proceed. I have 645 Q's that I want to upload.
