[WriteLog] Problems uploading to LoTW

Barry,

Well that is NOT my problem.

My problem is the Writelog is not  letting me generate a TQ8 file to 
send to LoTW.  I get as far as the password and it hangs up and goes no 
further.  It looks like a munged password or a problem with the Export 
module in Writelog and mot the ARRL server as it never gets that far.

I believe that I need to modify or change the  password, or reinstall 
Writelog. 

I was hoping that someone would have already faced the problem and found 
a solution.
