[WriteLog] CQ WPX SSB contest

I am using WL 10.71C under Windows XP.  I made the Cabrillo file from my
log and entered my location as "NC" using the form supplied by WL. I
also entered a field labeled "category-overlay" with "over 50".
 
My submitted Cabrillo was kicked back because the location of "NC" was
never entered into the Cabrillo and the "category-overlay" wasn't
supported by the contest robot.
 
How do I avoid this in the future?
