[WriteLog] [CQ-Contest] New Super Check Partial Files Available VER20090411 (11 Apr 2009)

We are all in ASSISTED CLASS, for a long time, using help from
supercheckpartial, which is helpful, as well as WAZ or ITU zones showing up
automatically when you enter a callsign in Contest programs. However, the
rules do not recognize it as assisted category.
