[WriteLog] A new problem

Does anybody have any idea what an error message in writelog means that 
says:  "Can't create band map OLE Automation
Object"?  It comes up when I try to bring up the Band Map window.

I just love messages that Microsoft puts out.  They don't tell you anything.

Any help would be appreciated.  I have not deleted the writelog.ini file and 
restarted WL.  Not yet anyway.  My previous problem getting RTTYRITE to come 
up has been resolved.  This is a new problem.
