[WriteLog] November Sweepstakes Cabrillo files.

I had the same problem not long last year...I had a senior moment. Look
under the contest tab and click Cabrillo file and WL does the rest.

WL has been creating Cabrillo logs for SS for years!  Not sure why you think

it doesn't!
