[WriteLog] Problem with installing Write Log Ver 10.55 D on Window 7 machine

Anyone have advice on the how to install WL on a Window 7 machine?

I wonder if I am missing something here??
I thought that Writelog only supports SSB, CW, RTTY and PSK31. Is there a pluging that supports the additional modes?
Is there contest templates for warble mode contests??
