[WriteLog] does not xmit over the rig when f1 key pushed

Hello reflector,
I was wondering if anyone has had the problem where you can see the cat window lit up on the rig and can see the window that shows you are xmitting but no signal coming from the rig. This problem occured about a year or so and went to N1MM with no problems at all so I know the hardware is ok. 
need a WriteLog Guru.
