The ARRL Calendar (hardcopy) lists it as 2/21 and 22.

A slight adjustment was made this year so that NAQP RTTY would not conflict 
with ARRL DX CW.  The clearly would have been a problem.  This adjustment must 
have been made after the ARRL Calendar was printed.  The dates in the official 
rules at  _WWW.NCJWEB.COM_ (http://www.NCJWEB.COM)  are correct.
