I think I got it figured out??? but it's not that clear. So here is how I 
got it working for Multi-TWO

1. Make sure "Multi-Two" is selected in parameters under the contest window
2. Make sure "QSO serial numbers are" selected "separate by band" under 
contest window
3. Under the radio window: The left radio is the (A) and the right radio is 
the (B).

It seems to work but #3 is the part that was not clear to me. For Multi-two 
operating I think you ignore the RUN/MULT designation. It would be helpful 
if there was an M2 selection under the radio window.
