[WriteLog] Multiplier anomaly?

[J. Edward (Ed) Muns]

Just to be contrarian, in my installations of WriteLog 10.70c K5D comes up
Dececheo and any K5D** comes up United States, 5th Call Area.  WriteLog
10.70c plus AD1C's latest wl_cty.dat file, dated 14 January 2009.
