Jim,

No offense intended, I just wanted to point out that not everyone understands that the "automatic" procedure does not automatically get *your* latest file. 

It is another one of those little things about WL that are not particularly obvious.

That procedure doesn't guarantee correctness.  That's why I provided the 
link to the country files.  Take it up with Wayne why the right file 
isn't loaded.
