[WriteLog] problem displaying multiplier window

I've been meaning to ask this for some time, but it tends to go out of mind
after sweepstakes is over. When I attempt to open the multiplier window I
get an indicator on the task bar showing the section multiplier window is
open, but no multiplier window is able to be seen. I suspect somehow I have
a setting causing this to be off screen. Does anyone have any suggestions on
how to correct this?
