[WriteLog] [Report] section in Writelog.INI

In my writelog.ini file the lines are:
[Report]
Call=AL9A
section=1

AK is in zone 1 for both CQ and ITU.  Is that it?

At the top of my writelog.ini file, I found the following:

Call=AD1C
section=6

Is this some numerical index for my ARRL section?  I don't know if it
represents EMA or CO.  How do I change it to CO?
