[WriteLog] CQWW 160 CONTEST

My 10.69D also shows Country, not Zone!  The release notes say "Support CQ 
zone for CQ WW 160 contest (rule change for 2009)."  Looks like this fix 
didn't work and a new one is needed pronto!
