[WriteLog] Icom RIT *

I recently replaced my PRO3 with an FT-2000D.

My recollection is that %O used to work properly when I had an FT-1000MP,
but it's not working the way it should with my FT-2000D.  It turns off the
RIT and doesn't clear the offset instead of clearing it and leaving the RIT
on, which I think it should do.  Am I confused about how it should work or
is there another command?
