[WriteLog] Icom RIT *

[Ed Muns]

Yes, it would be nice for WriteLog and other loggers to support RIT Clear on
the ICOM radios.  Joe's post below, though, illustrates why support has been
lacking.  Only recent ICOM radios have the RIT Clear command and each one of
them has a different command.
