[WriteLog] IC-7000 DTR /RTS PTT

Without knowing the specifications on your particular interface 
it is difficult to provide specific advice for your hardware. 
However, unless you are doing CW and PTT on the radio port or 
the radio requires handshake on RTS/CTS (e.g., Kenwood), WriteLog 
sets RTS and DTR high on the radio ports. 

See the "WRITELOG.INI [RIGS] section of the help file for the 
information on overriding the default operation of RTS and DTR.
