[WriteLog] RTTY and my sound card

That is all well and good, but there is no ostensible reason why there 
should be a RTTY problem with Writelog, which thousands of contesters 
routinely use, both with Rittyrite and MMTTY. Changing to another 
another program is akin to selling your perfectly good car and buying 
another because some minor problem popped up in the ignition system. 
Mike's intuition that the sound cards are clashing seems a fruitful 
avenue to explore.
