[WriteLog] Short names

I find it a lot faster to just type in the names and QTHs. I do use the
mouse to grab call signs, though. And, sometimes the software recognizes a
truncated call sign and only picks up a partial leaving out the last
(unrecognized) letter. But, overall, WL works really well for RTTY.
