[WriteLog] NAQP RTTY SriteLog Formatting Errors

Out of curiosity, since NAQP has only one power class - 100 W
and less - why should the robot require the "CATEGORY-POWER"
field?  Further, if "CATEGORY-POWER" is included, why would it 
not be LOW consistent with other contests where 100W is LOW?
