[WriteLog] 1000MP and CW sending

You will need a cable from COM3 to the radio with two transistors 
one for CW and one for PTT.  See the section in the WriteLog Help 
file titled "CW Interfacing."  You will need two of the circuits 
shown in "COMM Port CW" ... one will connect to DTR for CW and 
one will connect to RTS for PTT.
