[WriteLog] CW Message

In CW, I'm trying to program a message using the %Z2 in my message.   This 
should send the freq. of my second radio ( freq in the second entry  
window).  Can't get it to do a thing?  I had it working in RTTY just  fine?  Does 
it not work on CW ?
