[WriteLog] Trusted QSL file export problem

I've had this problem before but I can't remember how I fixed it. I'm using 
version 10.70C. When I try to export a trusted QSL file I get the following 
error message:

Installation problem: Can't create TqslWl object.

The only option given is an OK button which aborts the export function.

I have not experienced this problem for years and the only changes I have 
made recently was to install a video driver on my PC. I'm running Vista.
