[WriteLog] Cabrillo file creation problem

I'm running WL V10.70C under Vista Home Premium and have no problem with
generating Cabrillo files. All the drop boxes have the various options for
me to select. Sorry I can't offer a solution, but just thought I'd let you
know that I doubt it is a Vista problem.
