[WriteLog] CABRILLO PROBLEMS

I have the latest WriteLog V10.70.  Can't add anything except my call sign and section to Cabrillo. 
Edited the header information and uploaded the log (arrl dx cw) three times. Every time it was
rejected. Below is one sample.
