[WriteLog] Packet Spot Window "Local" Feature in Version 10.70

Bud,

If you click on the [ENTRY] link in the revision history it will take you 
the that section in the Help manual.  There you will find the following:

LocalDupeChecksToPacket=1 Non-zero causes WriteLog to send dupe checked 
calls that are to be sent to the band map, to also be sent to the Packet 
Window

Change the setting to 0 and WL reverts to previous behavior.
