[WriteLog] RTTY View question

I have 10.71C.  If I right click in the Call Entry field, a window
with a number of selectable items appears.  One is RTTY View.  I have
not found any mention of it in the Help files but I may not have
looked in the right place.  I am interested in what should happen if I
click on RTTY View.  I have tried it and I saw nothing happening.  Any
info is appreciated.
